Stone Soup has been a long-time believer in the well-known phrase “if it ain’t usable, it won’t be used.” Ok, ok…we might have originated the phrase, but we still believe in it. The hard part of evaluating your own website is that you know how it works, what your company stands for, and what message you are trying to express. We can help. We’ve teamed up with a European company that specializes in web usability (the usability experts do seem to be in Europe for some reason) to bring you a very valuable assessment of your site.
We offer several different options customized for your needs. If you want a usability expert to review your site, we can deliver useful feedback showing problem areas and recommendations for fixing them. If you want actual user feedback, we can bring together and carefully observe a group of people in your demographic using your site.
