(Thanks to those of you who emailed us to let us know!) We have recently switched to a VOIP service which has been working beautifully until today.

Everything seems to be fine now after a good bit of time on the phone (cell phone!) with customer support. If you experience any issues, please let us know. We want you calling us often. :-)
