At Stone Soup we fundamentally believe that we as a software and web design firm are only as good as the people who work for us. With that in mind, we have carefully selected people who are not only leaders in their specialty, but also love what they do. People who enjoy their jobs have more fun and are much more fun for our clients to work with. (Check out our testimonials page for proof!)

Introducing the Stone Soup Management Team…

Special talent: 
Absolutely the worst dancer ever. No kidding.

Odd talent:
“I can blow bubbles through my eyes if I’m underwater. Now tell me that isn’t cool?!”

Famous for:
Bradley is famous for eating Chick-fil-A 5 days a week. (It used to be 7 before the local pizza place opened up across the street from Stone Soup headquarters.)

What Bradley does at Stone Soup:
While being the founder and CEO, Bradley continually looks back and forth between his 4 large flat-screen monitors  preparing quotes and overseeing projects, managing business deals, scribbling on sticky notes of various shapes and colors, and watching over the troops.

Why we love him:
He signs all of our paychecks with a pretty blue pen.

Special talent:
“I can Moonwalk.”

Interesting fact:
Nicu has listened to 99% of all recorded music. He claims to have “the most impressive music collection ever”

What Nicu does at Stone Soup:
Everything except take out the trash. Nicu is the creative architect behind many of our Stone Soup solutions. A master of both the visual and programming realms, he’s a rare talent.

Why we love him:
Although he has a Masters degree, Nicu is 100% self-taught in everything except learning to tie his shoes. (Some strange old man in apartment 44B is credited with that.) He never reads manuals. He can figure out anything. Really.

Famous for:
Medical self-diagnoses (it’s a family gift!)

Best quote:
“OMG. Is that a possum?!!”

What Valerie does at Stone Soup:
Manages all types of web projects, keeps programmers from goofing off too much, and sends out those lovely invoices.

Why we love her:
Valerie can organize ridiculously large and complex projects and yet still doesn’t act nerdy to our clients. That’s a gift! We also like her flip-flops.

Nickname:
Hadrian, like the famous Roman Emperor (we’ll let you guess how he got that nickname!)

Special talents: 
“I’m really good at drawing. My specialties: penguins and cats. Here’s the proof:

Picasso is no match for me.”

“I have the nose of a police dog. Actually, my family call on me to find all sorts of things they lose around the house.“

Fun facts:

• “I am the master of compliments. Whenever someone buys something new to wear, I always notice and make sure to say: Niiiice, didn’t you find new ones?”
• “I value our clients‘ time. Whenever they ask for something, I simply say no. That way, no time is wasted.”
• Adrian’s famous for his short term memory. The lack of it, that is. “It’s a great thing actually: everybody thinks twice before asking me to bring or pick up something for them. ‘Don’t forget to get me some cigarettes. And milk, 2 bottles of milk. Oh, and bread, do buy bread.’  Yeah, you’ll get your bottle of milk if you’re lucky.”
• “I have an unmistakable calligraphy. My writing is so small that I can write my girlfriend’s entire shopping list on a 1” by 1” piece of paper. And she’s a shopaholic.”

What Adrian does at Stone Soup:
Adrian keeps clients happy and those rowdy programmers under control! He’s pretty incredible in Photoshop, but he spends most of his time managing projects.
